Who is Sebastian in the Wild?
Sebastian in the Wild is a an outdoor brand created to support the creativity and passion for fishing of young artist and explorer, Sebastian Romo. Our goal is to offer the most beautiful drawings and paintings that you can hang or wear. We believe that great artwork can inspire anglers of all ages to see the beauty that lies under our oceans, rivers and lakes, and to protect it for future generations.
About Sebastian
From a very early age, Sebastian showed an interest in expressing his ideas through drawing. His first obsessions were dinosaurs, then horses, airplanes, helicopters and boats. He could tell you everything about them and would fill sketchbooks full of very detailed and accurate designs.
Sebastian has also had the opportunity to travel to a wide variety of very naturally diverse locations. This is where his love of nature really flourished. He has been to many amazing places that have provided very unique encounters with all sorts of wildlife and inspired his creativity. Some of his favorites were Costa Rica, Alaska, Cuba, Mexico, France, Spain and many other magical places from road trips across the USA.
Since he began sharing his drawings in 2023, his work has received considerable recognition with art collectors and outdoor enthusiasts. Most notably, he won 1st place in Florida’s FWC Fish Art Contest for 2024. He also received a 2nd place award in the Space Coast Art Festival, and a 2nd place award in the national NRA Youth Art Contest.
Besides drawing and fishing, Sebastian loves to catch and learn about the wild animals in his home state of Florida.
