Shipping

If you have any questions about your order please reach out to info@sebastianinthewild.com. Being a new business, we are still working out inventory and production details, so your patience is appreciated. We will maintain a moderate quantity of most prints and products in stock, which will typically ship within 1-3 business days. However, in the event that we need to restock, it may take 4-7 business days to ship. In this case we will notify you with a more accurate expected shipping date.

We typically use USPS or UPS standard ground for shipping, depending on the item. If you wish to upgrade the shipping please contact us with this request. You will be provided with a tracking number once the order has shipped.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, the buyer will be responsible for shipping any products in re-sellable condition back for a return or replacement within 30-days of delivery.

What if my product arrived damaged?

If you have received a product that arrived in damaged condition please reach out to info@sebastianinthewild.com us and provide photos of the damage. We will work with you to replace or refund the damaged item.
